Privacy Policy: GMAT Quant Practice

GMAT Quant Practice is a study app for GMAT Quant questions, published by the GMAT Quant Practice team ("we"). It works without an account. This policy says what the app stores, what leaves your device, and how you can delete it. GMAT is a registered trademark of the Graduate Management Admission Council; this app is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
1. What stays on your device
Your answers, progress, streak, XP, saved words, notes and settings are stored on your device (in the app's local storage). We do not receive this data unless you sign in. Uninstalling the app, or using Reset in Settings, removes it.
2. If you sign in (optional)
Signing in with Google (Android, iOS) or Apple (iOS) lets you back up progress and continue on another device. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We then store, in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore):

Leaderboard. When you sign in, you are shown on the community leaderboard by default. Other users can then see your display name, level, streak and XP. You can switch this off at any time with "Show me on the leaderboard" on the Social tab.
3. Purchases
The one-time "Unlock all questions" purchase is processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We never see your payment details. To grant the unlock, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase receipt and an app user ID: your Firebase account ID if you are signed in, or a random anonymous ID if not. RevenueCat and the stores keep purchase records as the law requires for accounting and refunds.
4. Services and links
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): sign-in and cloud data, servers operated by Google.
- RevenueCat: purchase verification.
- Google Play / Apple App Store: app distribution and payments.
- Optional links: buttons such as "Ask ChatGPT" and Google Translate open those websites only when you tap them. The text of the question or word you choose is sent to them in the link, and their own privacy policies apply.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
5. Children
The app is intended for adults preparing for the GMAT (18 and over). It is not directed at children.
6. Retention and deleting your data
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your profile, leaderboard entry, friend code and friend list, your saved progress backup and your sign-in. Data on your device stays until you remove it.
- By email: write to the address below from the email linked to your account and we will delete it.
- Purchase records held by Google, Apple and RevenueCat follow their own retention rules.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules so that only you can read or change your private data.

GMAT Quant Practice là ứng dụng luyện đề GMAT Quant do nhóm GMAT Quant Practice ("chúng tôi") phát hành. Ứng dụng dùng được mà không cần tài khoản. Chính sách này nêu ứng dụng lưu gì, dữ liệu nào rời khỏi thiết bị của bạn và cách xóa dữ liệu. GMAT là nhãn hiệu đã đăng ký của Graduate Management Admission Council; ứng dụng này không liên kết hay được GMAC bảo trợ.
1. Dữ liệu ở lại trên thiết bị của bạn
Câu trả lời, tiến độ, chuỗi ngày học, XP, từ đã lưu, ghi chú và cài đặt được lưu trên thiết bị (bộ nhớ cục bộ của ứng dụng). Chúng tôi không nhận dữ liệu này trừ khi bạn đăng nhập. Gỡ ứng dụng hoặc dùng Reset trong Cài đặt sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó.
2. Nếu bạn đăng nhập (tùy chọn)
Đăng nhập bằng Google (Android, iOS) hoặc Apple (iOS) cho phép sao lưu tiến độ và học tiếp trên thiết bị khác. Việc đăng nhập do Google Firebase Authentication xử lý. Khi đó chúng tôi lưu trên Google Firebase (Authentication và Cloud Firestore):

Bảng xếp hạng. Khi đăng nhập, theo mặc định bạn xuất hiện trên bảng xếp hạng cộng đồng. Người dùng khác sẽ thấy tên hiển thị, cấp độ, chuỗi ngày và XP của bạn. Bạn có thể tắt bất cứ lúc nào bằng mục "Show me on the leaderboard" ở tab Social.
3. Giao dịch mua
Giao dịch mua một lần "Unlock all questions" do Google Play (Android) hoặc Apple App Store (iOS) xử lý. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Để mở khóa, ứng dụng dùng RevenueCat; dịch vụ này nhận biên nhận giao dịch và một mã người dùng ứng dụng: mã tài khoản Firebase nếu bạn đã đăng nhập, hoặc một mã ẩn danh ngẫu nhiên nếu chưa. RevenueCat và các cửa hàng lưu hồ sơ giao dịch theo yêu cầu pháp luật về kế toán và hoàn tiền.
4. Dịch vụ và liên kết
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): đăng nhập và dữ liệu đám mây, máy chủ do Google vận hành.
- RevenueCat: xác minh giao dịch mua.
- Google Play / Apple App Store: phân phối ứng dụng và thanh toán.
- Liên kết tùy chọn: các nút như "Ask ChatGPT" và Google Translate chỉ mở các website đó khi bạn bấm. Nội dung câu hỏi hoặc từ bạn chọn được gửi kèm trong liên kết, và chính sách quyền riêng tư của họ áp dụng.
Ứng dụng không có quảng cáo, không có SDK phân tích hay theo dõi, và chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo.
5. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người lớn (từ 18 tuổi) đang chuẩn bị thi GMAT, không hướng tới trẻ em.
6. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu
- Trong ứng dụng: Settings → Account → Delete account sẽ xóa vĩnh viễn hồ sơ, vị trí trên bảng xếp hạng, mã bạn bè và danh sách bạn bè, bản sao lưu tiến độ và tài khoản đăng nhập của bạn. Dữ liệu trên thiết bị vẫn còn cho đến khi bạn tự xóa.
- Qua email: gửi thư tới địa chỉ bên dưới từ email gắn với tài khoản và chúng tôi sẽ xóa giúp.
- Hồ sơ giao dịch do Google, Apple và RevenueCat nắm giữ theo quy định lưu trữ riêng của họ.
7. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được gửi qua kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS). Dữ liệu đám mây được bảo vệ bằng quy tắc bảo mật của Firebase để chỉ bạn đọc và sửa được dữ liệu riêng của mình.
8. Thay đổi và liên hệ
